We need 10 certified members, 2 production customers, and 1 public customer story by October 1, 2026. Every team member has a defined role. Every role has a CPN deliverable. First to complete Academy + deliver = first confirmed seat. Members who bring production clients earn Anthropic CCAF certification access through Elmahrosa.
